Spring Cleaning
Over here in Kansas, it’s cold. There was a brief reprieve for a few days or maybe a week, but it dropped right back down to the 30s (like your ex’s cold, cold heart). Luckily, this weekend’s forecast is looking pretty decent…not ‘crop-top-decent’, but more like ‘I-think-I’m-going-to-wear-a-sweater-with-shorts-decent’. Couple that with an itchy smoking/BBQing/grilling finger, and you have a perfect recipe for getting your grill/smoker ready to crank out smokey delicacies all spring and summer long (and fall and winter if your an addict like me…”CRACK IS WHACK!”)
