This weeks special - ‘The CeeLo Special’ - Featuring SbN’s famous Full Count Wings
Why are these called Full Count Wings? Well for starters, they are a FULL WING! Not just the drum. Not just the flat. We even include that little tiny part that’s probably .003% meat (That’s accurate, no need to Google it…). That’s ONE wing of the dozen.
Second, it’s a 3 & 2 process (3 & 2…..full count….balls/strikes….baseball…..get it now?). I season it 3 times (thrice?) and cook it twice. It’s what makes it extra goooood!

Come on out to The Roasterie and enjoy food, games, and music from local talent.
Smokey by Nature will be out there selling our world famous Smokeydopalicious BBQ sauce. As usual, if you want the spicy sauce, you’ll have to order it on the SbN website for pick-up at the October Fest event.
All the fun takes place on Saturday, October 22nd from 2p-8p at the Roasterie.
