Women of Hip-Hop

Yup! We’re spot-lighting the Women of Hip-Hop who have paved the way and/or continue to be major influences in the game.

This should have been posted yesterday, but time got away from me. If you’ve been to my website, you know (maybe) that at the bottom of my page I have an embedded Spotify playlist that has song samples mainly featuring the artists I grew up with. Well that playlist has been updated to feature those artists or the songs they are a part of that just slap.

Disclaimers:
1. I know I forgot somebody or some song that are bangers. Reach out and let me know and give me a song to add to the list.
2. Sorry youngins, you won’t find too much from the past 15 years or so (maybe a track or two that somehow made it’s way to my ear-holes). BUT, shout out to Cardi, Megan, Nikki and all the other women still holding it down.
